Chris Kramer is an entertaining performer and songwriter who is at home in a variety of genres, as witnessed by his successful project Beatbox & Blues, as well as his appearances with German rock star Peter Maffay. At the Harmonica Masters Concerts 2023 he will appear with his duo partner Paddy Boy Zimmermann (guitar).

David Barrett & Band

Alongside his groundbreaking work as a blues harmonica educator, David Barrett is one of the leading exponents of West Coast blues harp, with beautiful tone and seemingly effortless mastery of the nuances of the genre. For the first time since 2018 he’s back on stage in Trossingen, where in addition to performing with the band, he will host the grand finale which closes the Saturday night show.

Joe Filisko & Eric Noden
Start: 10pm •  Kulturfabrik Kesselhaus / Trossingen
Joe Filisko and Eric Noden need no introduction in Trossingen. Both number among the very finest proponents of traditional blues styles alive today. While drawing on their encyclopedic knowledge of the blues tradition, their original songs are unmistakeably contemporary. With their highly energetic and virtuoso yet polished performances, they have created their own niche in the acoustic blues genre.

Following the Saturday night concerts, all instructors take to the stage together
with the band for the Grande Finale, to finish the Harmonica Masters Workshops
in style with a closing session.
