The Hohner-Conservatory Trossingen Ltd. is a cultural and educational institution which is unique in the internatinal music biusness: it concentrates primarily on the accordion to apply itself fully to the development of this instrument in its various artistic and educational aspects. With this background in mind it offers education as well as further training courses to committed teachers of this instrument.

The programme of studies of the Hohner-Conservatory is based on three principles: practically orientated contents, an up-to-date imparting and safe quality standards. In order to carry out these principles in all their consequences, the MATT. Hohner Corporation, the ' city of music' of Trossingen as well as the Landkreis Tuttlingen have joined to dorm an innovative 'public-private partnership' to guarantee the necessary basic conditions in the long term.
